TUVERA EXPLORATION NEVADA LLC TAKES OVER RESPONSIBILITY FOR ISLAND MOUNTAIN PROJECT

TUVERA Exploration Inc.’s “(TUVERA”) Board of Directors transferred business responsibility for the Island Mountain Project (“Project”) in northern Elko County, Nevada from ARNEVUT Resources Nevada, LLC (ARN) to TUVERA Exploration Nevada LLC (TEN).  ARN was formed in 2010 specifically to handle business affairs for the Project.  Subsequent to ARNEVUT Resources Inc. (original parent company of ARN) merging with TUVERA’s U.S. subsidiary Tuvera Utah, Inc., ARN became a legacy name that TUVERA decided to change as new exploration work on the Project was being planned.  TEN then was incorporated in Nevada for the purpose of officially replacing ARN.  No change of management will occur.  TEN will now be responsible for state and federal reclamation bonding and all contracting for work on the Project.  All Plans of Operations going forward will have TEN as the Operator.
